18 Hole Stroke Play
Participants play golf on their own
schedule at the courses of their choice. They submit
their scores over the internet to earn points (e.g., Par = 2, Birdie=4) for each good

How It Works
Join an existing golf-a-thon or setup a
new ParsforCharity™ Golf-a-thon for your organization. Provide your clients, vendors, affiliates, alumni,
employees or even your competitors with the opportunity to raise needed funds for charity ... just by playing golf. Invite them to join your team or form their own teams. The
more pars-or-better scores made, the more money generated for a great cause!
Golf-a-thons
in detail... Each participant and his/her sponsors pledge a few cents to a selected charity for each pars-or-better point he or she earns
during the golf-a-thon. At the end of the golf-a-thon, each player makes out a check directly to the selected
charity to cover the total pledge for all the points he/she earned. The charity mails the player a receipt for tax purposes. -
 The
GolfChamp databank does all required calculations, tracking
and rankings. Points earned are used to rank players and teams
against each other based on various flavors of average individual

Pledge a few cents for each good hole your loved one, friend or co-worker
makes over the course of this season and at the end of the year we will tally up the results and instruct you with all the details to contribute to their favorite charity. (You can tell us how much over the course of the season you are willing to give to charity, we accomodate all budgets.)
You don't even need to be a member of ParsforCharity, we make this available as an added value feature to our player-members and their charities so we can help make as big a difference as possible!
